Srividya is the CEO of Avaali Solutions, a technology solutions provider headquartered in Bangalore, India.
Avaali works with large enterprises to reduce business operations' costs via digital. Under Srividya's
leadership, Avaali has enabled successful transformations for over 250+ marquee and blue-chip accounts
via emerging technologies. Avaali has also innovated and launched various solutions under the 'Velocious'
brand name. Their flagship product, the Velocious Source to Pay Platform, enables automation of Sourcing
and Procure to Pay Processes, bringing down the cost of Procurement and enabling excellent supplier
relationships. Avaali has launched a Sourcing to Pay user group community called Janus that enables
building thought leadership in the Sourcing, P2P, and Supply chain topics via experience sharing.
Srividya is also the Editor of Illuminar, a digital publication showcasing various enterprise digital transformation journeys and covering emerging technologies extensively.
Srividya has significant leadership experience working with large technology and financial services companies. She has served in senior leadership positions at SAP, Oracle, and Wipro. She has led diverse teams across multiple functions, including sales, business operations, alliances and channels, innovation, training & enablement, legal and contracts, and business finance. She believes in setting reasonable goals and empowering people to deliver the foundation of motivated, high-performance teams. She also believes that the credit for success truly belongs to the team and that the buck stops with the leader for any failure at the end of the day. She believes that workplace culture is built by teams based on observation. Hence it is vital to lead by example.
