Shehnaz Bajaria is currently serving as a Brand Manager at Pidilite Industries Ltd. Her journey spans over three decades of diverse experiences. She is an MBA and holds degrees in Textiles and Education. Her academic foundation in Textiles and Clothing with Research on Fevicryl Colours, coupled with a deep passion for arts and crafts, laid the groundwork for her professional path. In the past, she served as a Product Manager in Camlin Ltd. and spent nearly a decade honing her skills in sales promotion, product management and marketing. This role not only allowed her to engage creatively with hobby products but also took her to international platforms like ‘Paper World – 2002’ in Frankfurt, Germany. She launched Camel Glass Colours and Ceramic Colours. Her 20 years journey with Pidilite Industries encompasses of managing an extensive portfolio in Consumer Products Division, majorly new product developments in the brand Fevicryl. She launched Fevicryl Shilpkar (now MouldIt), Fabric Pens, Glass Etching Paste, Crackle Medium, Sparkling Colours, Stencils ,etc. She launched Fine Art Brand in Pidilite, Fevicol Glue Drops and worked on the development of School Art Materials. Currently, she takes care of Fabric Care Brands Ranipal & Stainoff alongwith Festive product Rangeela Holi Ke Rang. In her previous role as Hobby Ideas Store Mktg in-charge, she spearheaded in-store marketing for company-owned and franchise stores across India. Her responsibilities ranged from workshop sales strategy to mktg and launching of new products. Her journey is also marked by her commitment to continuous learning, as evidenced by her engagement in various workshops and her interest in exploring new art forms and crafts. This explorative spirit has been a driving force in her career. Recognition for her service and contributions include a Long Service Award from Pidilite Industries and various accolades in sports and community service. But beyond these recognitions, her greatest accomplishment lies in the products she has helped launch and the impact they have made in the market.
