(NIPL) and is responsible for formulating branding and marketing strategies to
internationalize NPCI’s technology and solutions and leading programs to drive
product activations and usage.
Mr. Jha holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with specialization in Marketing and Systems from IMT Ghaziabad and was selected to be part of the prestigious Bharti Young Leader Program. He has over 14 years of work experience and specializes in harnessing the power of data to uncover actionable insights that fuel strategic decision-making, optimize customer experiences, and fine-tune marketing initiatives. He has pioneered several innovative products and solutions like Usage based triangulation, Look-Alike Micro segmentation Models, Wi-Fi Portal advertising solution, Customized End of Call Notifications and Telco Digital marketplace.
His previous stints include working with leading telecom operators such as Tata Tele Business Services and Bharti Airtel Limited.
