A storyteller and impact-driven marketer, Maria comes with an experience of over a decade heading integrated marketing, brand and strategy. She excels at creating unique and effective communication roadmaps that are data driven and insight-led. At Mosaic Wellness she leads the marketing function and looks at building the signature house of brands through unique positioning, key differentiators, partnerships and media planning. She heads digital, omni-channel and marketplace brand initiatives. Her work involves deep-diving into different markets and consumer psyche to craft the perfect GTM and sustenance strategies.

In the last 14 years, she has donned many different hats as a storyteller and a marketer. From journalism, to agency liaison to film production and in-house brand strategy, she has seamlessly combined an array of different roles. Prior to Mosaic Wellness, she has worked with brands like Licious, Sephora, GAP, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, US Polo Assn, Aeropostale, The Children's Place etc. She also runs her own brand and content strategy consultancy on the side.
