Amol Bengali is the Head of Marketing for WTW in Asia and is responsible for creating and accelerating the marketing strategy and brand recognition across the company’s Risk and Broking businesses. He has successfully built, differentiated, and transitioned the brand across legacy companies – Watson Wyatt, Towers Watson, Willis Towers Watson and WTW. He sits on the company’s Global Risk and Broking Marketing Leadership Committee and Asia Executive Leadership Committee. Amol is credited with leading several key strategic initiatives across future state digital and analytics, social marketing, PR, demand generation and revenue marketing. In India, Amol has been instrumental in nurturing strong and purposeful partnerships with industry and professional bodies, which in turn have provided a platform for meaningful debate and discussion on key issues across risk, capital and people policies. The World Marketing Congress has consistently ranked him among the 100 most influential and admired Marketing Leaders in India since 2018. In 2019, the World BFSI Congress recognised him among the 100 most influential BFSI Leaders in India. In 2021, Amol received the CEO Circle award, the most prestigious award at WTW.
