As a driven and passionate business professional, I have dedicated over 2 decades of my career to the retail industry, cultivating a robust skill set that spans across sales and marketing, business development, merchandising, inventory management, store operations, customer relationship management (CRM), and planning and forecasting. My journey in retail has not only shaped my expertise but has also fuelled my ambition to drive results and create impactful strategies in the ever-evolving landscape of consumer behaviour. I have also had the opportunity to build a robust network with various mall and brand partners across India.
Currently, I serve as a Business Head Swarovski at AP Group where I leverage my extensive experience to oversee multiple aspects of our operation.
